Ceacal Appendage Incarceration through the 8 mm Portal after Salvage Robotic Pelvic Lymphadenectomy

Background: Biochemical relapse after radical prostatectomy can be found in a large number of cases. Salvage lymphadenectomy is safe procedure that has been proposed through years patients with nodal recurrence. We aim to present an unusual post operative complication this scenario. Case Report: A patient submitted robotic salvage lymphadenectomy. At the fifth day started drainage high volume serous liquid portal trocars. TC scan was performed and shows appendage herniation trocar incision, normal laboratory findings. Attempts were made reduce tip appendix into abdominal cavity, without success. opted perform laparoscopic appendectomy. Conclusion: Our case different Radiologic exams help diagnosis treatment planning. In such cases, surgical mandatory good outcomes.
